OUG - Article 101

(1) Constitute contraventions and are sanctioned with the fine provided in the class III of sanctions the following acts committed by natural persons:
14. starting from a standstill of the motor vehicle or tram with the doors open, driving with the doors open or opening them while driving; the opening of the doors of the motor vehicle when it is stopped or waiting, without making sure that the safety of the movement of the other participants in traffic is not endangered;
