Attention! In this question it is asked to state which of the vehicles DO NOT have priority of passage.

The intersection in the image is controlled with regulatory priority signs, under each sign there is installed an additional panel indicating the direction of the priority road.

In this situation the rule of priority to the right will apply and the car will give priority of passage to the bus, because it comes from the right side of the car.

Therefore, in this situation the truck and the car do not have priority of passage, and the one that has priority of passage at this moment is the bus, which will pass first through this intersection.

Regulation** - Article 129

(1) The vehicle that drives on a public road on which is installed one of the signs having the meaning: “Priority road”, “Intersection with a road without priority” or “Priority over oncoming traffic” has priority of passage.
(2) When two vehicles are about to meet in an intersection controlled by signs, coming from two public roads where signs with the same meaning are installed, the vehicle that comes from the right has priority.
