In the given situation, after you have made sure, you signal the intention at least 50 meters before performing it, so you will have to drive with the indicator operating for 50 meters, after which you begin performing the maneuver, in the situation in the image of the question the maneuver will be performed too close to the entrance to the intersection and you will violate the longitudinal marking formed by a continuous line.
Therefore, in the given situation you cannot change the traffic lane in compliance with the rules.
