Attention! In this question it is required to state which of the three vehicles passes LAST.
The intersection in the image is controlled with regulatory priority signs, under each sign there is installed an additional panel that indicates the direction of the priority road. The blue car and the purple van come from non‑priority roads, both encountering the sign “Give way”, and must give priority to the orange bus which comes from the priority road and which encounters the sign “Priority road”. Thus, the first to pass through the intersection will be the orange bus.
Between the blue car and the purple van a situation of equality has occurred, both encountering the “Give way” sign, a situation in which the blue car will give right‑hand priority to the purple van, because it comes from the right side of the blue car. Thus, the second to pass through the intersection will be the purple van, and the last will be the blue car.
Therefore, considering that in the statement of this question it is required to state which of the three vehicles passes LAST through this intersection, and considering the explanation offered just earlier, the blue car is the one that will pass LAST through this intersection.
The correct answer is: B
