In the intersections with a roundabout, signalled as such, the vehicles that circulate inside them have priority over those that are about to enter the intersection. Thus, when you are driving inside an intersection with a roundabout you do not have to give priority to any vehicle.

Exceptions are the cases in which the intersection with a roundabout in which you are driving is provided with two or more traffic lanes and for leaving the intersection it is necessary to change the traffic lane, a situation in which you have to give priority to the vehicles on that lane on which you want to move in order to be able to leave the intersection.

OUG* - Article 54

(1) The driver of the vehicle who performs a maneuver of changing the direction of travel, of exiting from a row of stationary vehicles or entering such a row, of passing to another traffic lane or of turning right or left or who is about to perform a U-turn or to move in reverse is obliged to signal in time and to make sure that he can do it without disturbing the traffic or endangering the safety of the other road users.
(2) The signalling of the change of the direction of travel must be maintained for the entire duration of the maneuver.
