The driver of a motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor, or tram is obliged:

6. to apply on the windshield and on the rear window of the motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor the distinctive sign established for beginner motor vehicle drivers, if he has less than one year of experience from obtaining the driving license.

Regulation** - Article 149

(1) The driver of a motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor, or tram with less than one year of experience from the date of obtaining the driving license is obliged to apply the distinctive sign in the form of a yellow disc, with a diameter of 100 mm, which has in the center the exclamation mark, in black, with a length of 60 mm and the diameter of the dot of 10 mm, as follows:
a) for motor vehicles of categories AM, A1, A2 and A, in the rear, next to the registration or record number, as applicable;
b) for the other vehicles, on the windshield, in the lower right part, and on the rear window, in the lower left part;
c) for the vehicle that is not provided with a rear window, on the windshield in the lower right part and on the bodywork in the upper left rear part;
d) for the tram, on the windshield in the lower right part and on the rear window of the last wagon in the upper left rear part;
e) for the vehicle that tows a trailer, on the windshield of the vehicle in the lower right part and on the bodywork of the trailer in the upper left rear part.

(4) The maximum allowed speed outside the urban areas for motor vehicles whose drivers have less than one year of driving practice, or for persons who are performing practical training to obtain the driving license, is 20 km/h lower than the maximum allowed speed for the category to which the driven motor vehicles belong.

(1) The drivers of motor vehicles and trams are obliged to use their lighting and/or signalling installations as follows:

b) the dipped-beam or high-beam lights, while driving, both in the urban areas and outside them, depending on the degree of illumination of the public road;

(2) During the night, when two vehicles approaching from opposite directions get close, their drivers are obliged from a distance of at least 200 m to use the dipped-beam lights together with reducing the speed. When the driver of a motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor approaches a motor vehicle that is driving in front of him, he is obliged to use the dipped-beam lights from a distance of at least 100 m.
