A to be as focused as possible, to hold the steering wheel tightly and the gaze directed only forward and to sit as close as possible to the windshield;
B to sit as comfortably as possible on the seat, with the head resting on the headrest and with both hands on the steering wheel, in the area of 10:00–14:00;
C the most correct position while driving is the one that prevents the appearance of sleepiness.

Explanation

For answer  A

The tips listed for this answer option are not correct, they would produce a lot of fatigue. The gaze must be a distributive one, in no case only in the direction straight ahead. The position as close as possible to the windshield or to the steering wheel is a dangerous one, in the event of a collision, the airbag will deploy and will hit you with a very high speed in the chest area.

For answer  B

The correct position of the driver while driving is the one in which he sits as comfortably as possible on the seat in order to endure as long as possible at the wheel, sitting with the head resting on the headrest to reduce the physical stress in the cervical area and positioning both hands on the steering wheel, in the area of 10:00–14:00.

The position of the hands in the area of 10:00–14:00 will give you the best perception of the steering wheel and the best control. An incorrect position of the hands on the steering wheel is with one hand, at 12:00. This position is inappropriate because it makes it difficult for you to handle the steering wheel and even worse, in the situation in which the airbag deploys, the hand will be pushed toward you, a situation in which you will be hit by your own hand with a very high speed.

For answer  C

There is no ideal position for preventing states of drowsiness and it is also not good to rely on such myths.

The correct answer is: B
