You are not prohibited from stopping at less than 100 meters from the industrial railway, stopping being prohibited on the platform of the industrial railway or tramway or at less than 50 m from these, if the movement of vehicles on rails could be hindered or prevented.
Stopping is permitted on the sidewalk, in the places signalled as such, more exactly if the administrator of the public road has executed on certain areas of the sidewalk arrangements intended for the stopping or waiting of vehicles. The administrator must respect the corridor intended for the movement of pedestrians, which cannot be less than 1 m in width. It must be taken into account that in the places where stopping/waiting/parking on the sidewalk is permitted, the traffic legislation prohibits these maneuvers if the respective vehicle, through its dimensions, cannot be positioned so that the portion of the width of the sidewalk which remains at the disposal of the movement of pedestrians is at least one meter.
On the road sections where the sign “Priority to oncoming traffic” or the sign “Priority over oncoming traffic” is installed is prohibited the voluntary stopping of vehicles. The same prohibition applies also on road sections where the sign “Road narrowing” is installed, even if the regulatory priority signs above are or are not installed.
