The intersection in the image is one in which the traffic is directed with regulatory priority signs. Even if only on the road without priority regulatory priority signs are installed, namely the sign “Give way”, this intersection is one with directed traffic.

Regulation** - Article 129

(1) The vehicle travelling on a public road on which one of the signs having the meaning: “Priority road”, “Intersection with a road without priority” or “Priority over oncoming traffic” is installed has priority of passage.
(2) When two vehicles are about to meet in an intersection directed by signs, coming from two public roads where signs with the same meaning are installed, the vehicle coming from the right has priority.
