You are not obliged to drive as close as possible to the right edge of the road when encountering a vehicle that travels at night, from the opposite direction, whether the road is illuminated or not. When you drive during the night, whether the road is illuminated or not, when approaching another vehicle that travels from the opposite direction (comes from the opposite direction towards the vehicle you are driving), you are obliged that from the distance of at least 200 meters to use the meeting lights, simultaneously with reducing the speed.
If at that moment you drive with the driving lights (high beam) on, you must switch them to the meeting lights (low beam), so as not to disturb those in front, simultaneously with reducing the driving speed.
If at that moment you drive having in operation, instead of the meeting lights, the daytime running lights (DRL), you must turn on the meeting lights (low beam), simultaneously with reducing the driving speed.
