The driver of the vehicle is obliged to drive at a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in the urban area or 50 km/h outside built-up area when passing by animals that are driven on the carriageway or on the hard shoulder.
When driving through road tunnels you do not have the obligation to drive at a speed that does not exceed 50 km/h outside built-up area, but you must respect the legal speed limit on that road section.
In pedestrian areas signalled as such (Attention! Not in the area of pedestrian crossings) you will drive at a speed that does not exceed 5 km/h, being allowed to enter only if you live in that area or if you provide public services “from gate to gate” and you have no other access possibility, having the obligation not to hinder or impede the movement of pedestrians and, if necessary, to stop to allow their movement
The correct answer is: A

The road legislation does not provide anything in this regard.
Regulation** - Article 159
In the pedestrian area, signalled as such, the driver of the vehicle may enter only if he lives in this area or provides public services "from gate to gate" and has no other access possibility. He is obliged to drive at the maximum speed of 5 km/h, not to hinder or impede the movement of pedestrians and, if necessary, to stop to allow their movement.
** Regulation = REGULATION for the implementation of OUG 195/2002 updated (Traffic Code Regulation)
