The road legislation does not provide the obligation to stop at signals addressed by local police officers. Since the year 2010 the term “community police” no longer exists in the normative acts in force. At this moment the term found in the normative acts in force is “local police”.

The non-observance of these signals is sanctioned with a fine provided in the second class of sanctions.
