Explanation

For answer  A

At uncontrolled intersections you are obliged to give priority to the vehicles coming from the right side. If visibility is very low because of the parked vehicles (in most cases these are parked irregularly, but we must be prepared for such situations), you must increase attention and enter the intersection slowly to offer yourself the visibility necessary to observe the other road users, and if other vehicles are moving from the right side, you give them priority, if not, you cross the intersection easily.

For answer  B

By crossing the intersection as quickly as possible, you may be surprised by another motor vehicle that you did not see in time and to which you should have given priority.

For answer  C

Signalling with lights when entering the intersection does not allow you to enter the intersection without ensuring safety or without giving priority. Light signalling to make your presence felt, by alternating the low beam with the high beam, is used during the night or in low visibility conditions.
