If visibility is very low because of the parked vehicles (in most cases these are parked irregularly, but we must be prepared for such situations), you must increase attention and enter the intersection slowly to offer yourself the visibility necessary to observe the other road users, and if other vehicles are moving from the right side, you give them priority, if not, you cross the intersection easily.
