Overtaking is carried out, as a rule, on the left side of the overtaken vehicle. However, the vehicle that has signalled and has moved into position correctly for leaving the direction of travel to the left is overtaken on the right side, provided that the remaining space available allows performing this maneuver.
We must take into account that enough space must be created to be able to overtake these vehicles on the right side, and if there is not enough space, it is not allowed to climb, even partially, onto the sidewalk

(6) The tram in motion can also be overtaken on the left side when the road has one-way traffic or when between the right rail and the edge of the sidewalk there is not enough space.
