Explanation

For answer  A

The periodic adjustment of the light beam can be done automatically or manually from the car, depending on the load of the car at that moment, being important so as not to hinder the other participants in traffic. Through this adjustment the problem of the brightness of the headlights in unfavorable weather conditions is not solved.

For answer  B

In unfavorable weather conditions the brightness of the headlights can be maintained by keeping the headlights permanently clean.

The ensuring of impeccable technical and aesthetic condition is done by:

  • checking the lighting signalling devices;
  • the correct adjustment of the headlight light;
  • the cleaning of dust and dirt from the windshield, rear window, side windows, rear-view mirrors, the headlights and exterior lamps of the car;
  • checking the steering, braking, rolling equipment etc;
  • ensuring some spare parts: set of bulbs, flashlight, pre-signalling triangle, etc.

For answer  C

The permanent use of high-beam lights, that is the high beam, will not solve the problem of the brightness of the headlights in unfavorable weather conditions, as long as the headlights are dirty and the light cannot pass through them, in which case you will still end up keeping them clean. Moreover, the traffic regulation will prohibit you from using the high-beam lights (high beam) if from the opposite direction a vehicle approaches from a distance of less than 200 meters or if in front, in the same direction, another vehicle circulates at less than 100 meters.
