Explanation

For answer  A  and  B

Sign 1 is called “End of all restrictions” and may announce either the end of a restriction for which there is no specific sign indicating its end, or to announce the end of two or more restrictions that have a specific sign to indicate their end, such as the signs “No overtaking” and “Speed limit”. This sign does not announce the end of the area in which stopping or waiting were prohibited.

For answer  C

The voluntary stopping of vehicles is prohibited in the action area of the sign “No stopping”. If it is installed alone, stopping is prohibited from its position up to the corner of the first intersection, regardless of the length of the section. It may also be accompanied by additional panels, the additional panel “Arrow with the tip upwards” indicates the beginning of the action area, the additional panel “Arrow with two tips, one up and one down” means confirmation of the action area, while the additional panel “Arrow with the tip downwards” signifies the end of the action area of the sign. The sign may also be accompanied by the additional panel “Arrow with the tip upwards” which signifies the beginning of the action area and the action distance of the sign, expressed in meters.

Therefore, the end of the area in which stopping was prohibited is announced by sign number two, accompanied by the additional panel “Arrow with the tip downwards”. For example, if stopping is done before the place where sign 2 is installed, the maneuver is irregular. But if stopping is done after the place where sign 2 is installed, the maneuver is regular.

The correct answer is: C

Regulation** - Article 66

[...]
(6) The meaning of prohibition or restriction signs begins at their position. In the absence of a signalling device indicating the length of the section to which the regulation applies or of signs announcing the end of the prohibition or restriction, the meaning of these signs ends at the nearest intersection. When prohibition or restriction signs are installed together with the sign announcing the entry into a locality, their meaning is valid on that road until encountering the sign "Exit from locality", except in places where other signs provide otherwise.
