The vehicle that has signalled and has moved into position correctly for leaving the direction of travel to the left is overtaken on the right side, provided that the remaining space available allows performing this maneuver. However, in the situations in which after its positioning there is not enough space for performing the overtaking maneuver on the right side, you must stop behind it and wait for the lane to clear in order to be able to continue your travel.
It should be noted that the overtaking of these vehicles will not be performed on the left side but will be performed only on the right side and if the remaining space available does not allow performing the maneuver, it is not allowed to drive onto the pavement or the green areas in order to be able to perform it.
