Question 121 of 802

In what order do the three motor vehicles pass through the presented intersection?

A blue, red, green;
B blue, green, red;
C red, blue, green.

Explanation

The intersection in the image is directed with regulatory priority signs, under each sign there is installed an additional panel that indicates the direction of the priority road. The green car and the red one come from roads without priority, both encountering the sign “Give way”, and must give way to the blue car that comes from the priority road and that encounters the sign “Priority road”. Thus, the first to pass through the intersection will be the blue car.

Between the green car and the red one an equality situation was created, both encountering the “Give way” sign, a situation in which the red car will give the right-hand priority to the green car, because it comes from the right side of the red car. Thus, the 2nd to pass through the intersection will be the green car, and the last to pass will be the red car.

Therefore, the passing order is the following: the blue motor vehicle, followed by the green motor vehicle, and the last through the intersection will pass the red motor vehicle.

The correct answer is: B
