On unlit road sections stopping is NOT prohibited. Moreover, it is not specified whether the situation occurs during the day or at night. We must take into account that when we wait on the carriageway of an unlit road, at night, in a place where this maneuver is permitted, we have the obligation to use the position lights or parking lights.
The traffic legislation does not prohibit stopping at a distance of less than 5 meters from the back of a tram, there is no article in the legislation specifying this. But we must take into account that stopping is prohibited in the stations of public transport vehicles, as well as at less than 25 m before and after them. The legislation also specifies that when you encounter a tram stopped in a station without a refuge for pedestrians, you are obliged to stop behind the tram, and you may resume moving only after the tram doors have been closed and you have made sure that you do not endanger the safety of pedestrians engaged in crossing the public road.
The traffic regulation prohibits the voluntary stopping of vehicles on the carriageway of European National Roads (E), not to be confused with simple National Roads.
