The traffic participants are obliged to stop immediately also at the signals addressed for this purpose by the authorized personnel in the area of works on public roads, however in answer variant A it is specified that the personnel is unauthorized, in which case this answer variant cannot be correct.
The road legislation does not provide the obligation to stop at the signals of the drivers of the motor vehicles belonging to the National Administration of Penitentiaries. This must not be confused with the obligation to give priority when encountering the motor vehicles belonging to the National Administration of Penitentiaries of the Ministry of Justice, which have in operation the special blue-coloured and sound warning means, an obligation which relates to these special warning signals and not to the signals made by their drivers.
Besides the obligation to stop at the signals of the traffic police officer, the traffic participants are obliged to stop immediately also at the signals addressed for this purpose by the railway agents, at the level crossings. The latter may make, besides the stopping signals, also the following signals: swinging the arm in the vertical plane, with the palm of the hand oriented towards the ground or with a means of signalling, which signifies the reduction of speed, as well as the brisk rotation of the arm, which signifies the increase of the speed of movement of the vehicles, including the hastening of the crossing of the road by pedestrians. Failure to comply with these signals is sanctioned with a fine provided in class II of sanctions.
