For answer A
The special luminous warning signals of yellow colour mounted on motor vehicles indicate that it is carrying out activities that require increased attention from the other traffic participants, warning of a possible danger, but they do not oblige to give priority. In the presence of motor vehicles that have these signals in operation, the other traffic participants have the obligation to drive with attention.
Thus, answer B is not correct, because it mentions the obligation to give priority, instead of emphasizing the obligation to drive with attention, as provided in the traffic legislation.
The special warning signals with blue colour light, together with the sound ones, oblige you to give priority, and in order to give priority you must reduce the travel speed and drive as close as possible to the edge of the road, in the direction of travel, more precisely as close as possible to the curb or to the shoulder on the right side.
Thus, answer B is not correct, because it mentions the obligation to drive with attention, instead of emphasizing the obligation to give priority, as provided in the traffic legislation.
When you encounter motor vehicles with priority traffic regime that have in operation the special luminous warning means of red colour and the sound ones, you are obliged to stop the motor vehicle immediately on the shoulder or, in its absence, as close as possible to the edge of the road or the curb of the sidewalk, in the direction of travel. After their passing you may continue your travel.
We must know that these motor vehicles with priority traffic regime are allowed to use the luminous signals without being accompanied by the sound ones, depending on the nature of the mission or the traffic conditions, a situation in which that motor vehicle does not have priority traffic regime. But the reverse situation, to use only the sound signals without being accompanied by the luminous ones, is not permitted.
The correct answer is: C
