For answer A
The road traffic legislation does not prohibit the U-turn of vehicles in all the intersections, but only in those intersections where the left turn is prohibited or where the U-turn would require forward and backward manoeuvres. Also, although the U-turn of vehicles is prohibited in the places where stopping is prohibited, article 126 letter a) of the regulation introduces an exception, stating that this prohibition does not generally apply in the intersections.
The road traffic legislation prohibits the U-turn of vehicles in the places where the solidity of the road does not allow performing the manoeuvre, because a U-turn manoeuvre on an unsafe road could endanger the safety of the participants in traffic. For example, in a place where the edge of the road is not solid and may give way, the U-turn of vehicles is not allowed because it cannot be performed in safe conditions. However, in answer B it is specified that the solidity of the road allows performing the manoeuvre. Therefore this answer cannot be correct.
The road traffic legislation prohibits the U-turn of the vehicle on the roads on which the traffic takes place in one-way direction. If you made the U-turn of the vehicle, considering that the traffic takes place in one-way direction, you would drive in the opposite direction of the vehicles that move in compliance with the traffic rules, more exactly you would drive on the opposite direction.
