For answer A
Road traffic legislation provides that towing must be carried out with a metal bar with a length of at most 4 meters, not 5 meters. Using a bar longer than 4 meters is not permitted, in which case answer A cannot be correct.
Road traffic legislation provides that a car whose steering mechanism and braking system are functional (NOT defective) may be towed using an approved flexible connection, with a length between 3 and 5 m.
Road traffic legislation imposes strict rules regarding the type of devices used for towing. Not any type of towing device is permitted. Therefore, answer C cannot be correct.
The correct answer is: B
