In uncontrolled intersections you have the obligation to give priority to vehicles coming from the right. If visibility is very low because of parked vehicles (in most cases these are parked improperly, but we must be prepared also for such situations), you must increase attention and enter slowly into the intersection in order to give yourself the visibility needed to observe the other traffic participants, and if other vehicles are moving from the right, you give them priority, if not, you cross the intersection easily.
By crossing the intersection as quickly as possible it is possible that you will be surprised by another motor vehicle that you did not observe in time and to which you should have given priority.
Signalling with lights when entering the intersection does not allow you to enter the intersection without ensuring or without giving priority. Light signalling, to make your presence felt, by using alternately the low beam with the high beam is used during the night or in reduced visibility conditions.

b) with controlled traffic. In this category are also included the intersections in which the traffic takes place in the roundabout.
OUG* - Article 57

(3) During the night or in reduced visibility conditions the drivers of motor vehicles, agricultural or forestry tractors and trams that approach an uncontrolled intersection by light signals or by traffic police officers are obliged to signal by using alternately the low beam with the high beam if they do not thus violate the provisions of paragraph (2).
