Explanation

For answer  A

There is no article of law that prohibits the turning of the vehicle when the width of the public road is less than 7 meters. But it is possible to be confused by the following situation and check it as correct, although it is the wrong answer.

The situation that can confuse us is the following: Is prohibited the turning in the places where stopping is prohibited, and stopping is prohibited in the places where overtaking is prohibited. Overtaking is prohibited on uneven passages, on bridges, under bridges and in tunnels, but with the exception of animal‑drawn vehicles, motorcycles without sidecar, mopeds and bicycles, which can be overtaken if visibility of the road is ensured over a distance greater than 20 meters, and the width of the road is at least 7 meters.

For answer  B

First of all, the wording of this answer “when climbing slopes” is wrong, possibly intentionally wrong to trick us. We must understand that you climb on an ascent and you descend on a slope, and the answer says “when climbing slopes”, which is wrong.

Secondly, is prohibited the turning in the places where stopping is prohibited, and stopping is prohibited in the places where overtaking is prohibited. Overtaking is prohibited near the tops of ascents, when visibility is reduced below 50 m. Therefore, we can overtake on a slope/ascent if we have visibility greater than 50 meters.

For answer  C

Road traffic legislation prohibits the turning of the vehicle on the pedestrian marking. Moreover, the turning of vehicles is prohibited where stopping and overtaking vehicles are prohibited, and these maneuvers are prohibited on pedestrian crossings or at less than 25 meters before and after them, therefore in these places the turning of the vehicle is also prohibited.

The correct answer is: C
