The adoption of aggressive behaviour in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned with the fine provided in class II of sanctions and with the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 30 days. However, if by adopting aggressive behaviour in driving vehicles on public roads a traffic accident was produced from which resulted the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), it will be sanctioned more “harshly”, with the fine provided in class III of sanctions and with the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 60 days.
