For answer A
If it is not clearly specified that it is about the hazard warning lights (which assume the simultaneous operation of all the light indicators of direction), then the phrase “intermittent yellow colour lights” can refer to the lights for signalling the change of driving direction (left or right).
These are not provided by law as a means of signalling in the case in which a motor vehicle has remained in breakdown on the carriageway. Therefore, answer A is wrong, because it does not clearly specify the use of the hazard warning lights and nor the installation of the reflective triangles.
There is no provision that obliges to the use of sound signals for signalling a vehicle remained in breakdown. Moreover, the abusive use of the horn can constitute contravention. The measures expressly provided by law are those of answer C. Therefore, answer B is wrong.
In the situation in which you remain with the vehicle in breakdown on the carriageway, you must take it immediately outside the carriageway. And if taking it outside the carriageway is not possible, you must move it next to the curb or shoulder, signalling the vehicle through putting into operation the hazard warning lights and through installing the reflective triangles at at least 30 meters before and after it.
The correct answer is: C
Regulation** - Article 155
(1) In the case of the remaining in breakdown of a motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor or of its trailer, the driver of the combination is obliged to take it immediately outside the carriageway or, if it is not possible, to move it next to the curb or shoulder, placing it parallel with the axis of the road and taking measures for remedying the deficiencies or, as the case may be, for towing.

Regulation** - Article 156
(1) If a motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor or a trailer has remained in breakdown on the carriageway of the road and cannot be moved outside it, the driver of the motor vehicle, agricultural or forestry tractor is obliged to put into operation the hazard warning lights and to install the reflective triangles.
(2) The reflective triangles are installed in front and in the back of the vehicle, on the same traffic lane, at a distance of at least 30 m from it, so that they can be observed in time by the traffic participants who approach. In the urban area, when the traffic is intense, the reflective triangles can be placed at a smaller distance or even on the vehicle, so that they can be observed in time by the other drivers of vehicles.
