When a traffic light with three colours has an additional intermittent green light, mounted at the same level as the normal green light of the traffic light, in the form of a green arrow on a black background, with the tip to the right, its illumination signifies the permission for vehicles to continue their journey in the direction indicated by the arrow, regardless of the colour of the electric traffic light, with the condition of giving priority to the vehicles and pedestrians who have the right of circulation.
We must know that this additional intermittent green signal in the form of a green arrow on a black background does NOT create the obligation to drive in the indicated direction, it does not oblige to do something but allows something to be done. For example, on a road with two or more lanes, where the traffic light is red, if a vehicle is positioned on the first lane wanting to go straight ahead, and on that lane the applied marking allows driving to the right but also straight ahead, it is not obliged to turn right to clear the direction for those who want to turn right on the intermittent green signal. But in the case in which the marking on that lane allows only the right turn, it is obliged by the marking to turn right and to drive in this direction to clear the way for those who want to turn right on the intermittent green signal.
The correct answer is: C
