Explanation

For answer  A

The road legislation does not provide as a main obligation checking whether entering the motorway is or is not dangerous. The legal text expressly imposes that, when entering the motorway, the driver must give way to the vehicles that move already on the first lane and to not hinder in any way their movement. Therefore, answer A is incomplete and does not correctly reflect the legal requirements.

For answer  B

The road legislation does not impose reaching the maximum speed of 130 km/h when entering the motorway. It is necessary the adaptation of the speed depending on the movement speed of the other motor vehicles in order to enter safely and without hindering the movement of other vehicles. Also, although signalling is necessary, it does not replace the obligation to give priority. Therefore, answer B is incomplete because it offers a dangerous interpretation contrary to the legal provisions.

For answer  C

The road legislation expressly provides that a driver of a motor vehicle who enters on the motorway using the acceleration lane is obliged to give way to the motor vehicles that move on the first lane of the motorway and to not hinder in any way their movement.

The correct answer is: C
