Explanation

For answer  A

The obligation to drive with a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in the urban area or 50 km/h outside built-up area and to adapt it in order to allow to give priority to the traffic participants who have this right applies in the intersections with uncontrolled traffic, regardless of the direction in which you drive, not only when changing the direction of travel to the right.

For answer  B

When you are approaching an intersection with uncontrolled traffic of two roads of the same category you have the obligation to drive with a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in the urban area or 50 km/h outside built-up area and to give way to the vehicles coming from the right side. Although the road traffic legislation provides this limitation regarding the driving speed, it also provides that when approaching an intersection the driver of a vehicle must drive with a speed that allows stopping, in order to give priority to the traffic participants who have this right. This latter obligation is valid for all types of intersections, including those with uncontrolled traffic. Therefore, answer B is correct.

For answer  C

In intersections with uncontrolled traffic you do not have the obligation to use sound or light signals to announce your intention to cross the intersection. Also, you do not have the obligation to give priority to all vehicles, but only to those coming from your right side, according to the rule of priority from the right. At the same time, if you intend to turn left, you must give priority also to the vehicles coming from the opposite direction, because during the turn they come from your right side.

The correct answer is: B
