The driver of a vehicle involved in a traffic accident as a result of which only the damaging of the vehicles and/or other material damages occurred (without victims), is obliged to immediately take the vehicle out of the carriageway or, if the condition of the vehicle does not allow this, to move it as close as possible to the curb or shoulder, signalling its presence and to present at the competent police unit in the area where the accident occurred within no more than 24 hours from the occurrence of the event for the preparation of the assessment documents.
For this obligation to present yourself at the competent police unit in the area where the accident occurred within no more than 24 hours from the occurrence of the event, the following exceptions are provided:
