But if this maximum permitted limit is exceeded by more than 50 km/h (the speed at which one is driving being over 100 km/h), it will be sanctioned with contravention fine and the measure of retaining the driving license is applied for the purpose of suspending the right to drive for a period of 90 days.

3. exceeding by 41-50 km/h the maximum permitted speed on the respective road section for the category to which the driven motor vehicle belongs, established, according to the law, with approved technical means and verified metrologically;
