OUG - Article 101

(1) Constitute contraventions and are sanctioned with the fine provided in the third class of sanctions the following acts committed by natural persons:
14. starting from standstill of the motor vehicle or tram with the doors open, driving with the doors open or opening them while driving; opening the doors of the motor vehicle when it is stopped or standing, without ensuring that the safety of the movement of the other traffic participants is not endangered;
