It is not enough to use only the hazard warning lights when the motor vehicle remains in breakdown on the carriageway. According to the road legislation, in such cases, you are obliged to put into operation the hazard warning lights, as well as that you install the reflective triangles.
In the situation in which you remain with the vehicle in breakdown on the carriageway, you must remove it immediately outside the carriageway. And if removing it outside the carriageway is not possible, you must move it next to the curb or shoulder, signalling the vehicle by putting into operation the hazard warning lights and by installing the reflective triangles at at least 30 meters before and after it.
The road legislation provides that only the drivers of motor vehicles and agricultural or forestry tractors with the maximum authorized mass greater than 3.5 tons must, obligatorily, wear fluorescent-reflective protection-warning equipment when they carry out interventions at the vehicle which is on the carriageway of the public road. The drivers of vehicles from category B do not have this obligation.
The correct answer is: B
