Explanation

For answer  A

Drivers of vehicles are obliged to use the dipped-beam or main-beam headlights on poorly lit traffic arteries, when visibility is reduced, while driving, both in the urban area and outside it.

For answer  B

In the case of waiting at night on the carriageway of national roads the position or parking lights will be used, not the dipped-beam or main-beam headlights as specified in the question. And in the case of parking the vehicle in specially designated places, but not lit, the use of any lights is not obligatory, not even the position or parking lights.

For answer  C

Drivers of motor vehicles and agricultural or forestry tractors are obliged to use the dipped-beam headlights (low beam) or the daytime running lights “DRL” also during the day, when they drive on public roads. This obligation will be respected regardless of the category of public road on which they drive and regardless of whether traffic is or is not overcrowded.

More information about the obligation to drive also during the day with the dipped-beam headlights or with the daytime running lights in operation can be found here - The obligation to use the dipped-beam headlights (low beam) or the DRL lights during the day.
