Explanation

For answer  A

Not in all cases you must signal its presence with the position lights or parking lights of a vehicle parked on the carriageway of a public road at night. A vehicle may be stopped or parked on the carriageway of a road, with all lights off, in the places where these maneuvers are allowed, when it is on an illuminated road, so that the vehicle is visible from a distance of at least 50 meters.

For answer  B

When you park a motor vehicle on public roads you must apply the parking brake, stop the operation of the engine and engage a lower gear or the parking gear if the motor vehicle has automatic transmission. In the case of the involuntary immobilization of the motor vehicle on a downhill or on an uphill slope, in addition to the obligations provided above, you must also turn the steering wheels.

For answer  C

The road traffic legislation does not provide a minimum distance that must be left between the parked vehicles.
