Explanation

For answer  A

Considering that the road legislation prohibits the maneuver of U-turn also in places where stopping the vehicles voluntarily is prohibited, we understand that the maneuver of U-turn is prohibited in the stations of public transport means for persons, as well as at less than 25 meters before and after them, because in these places the maneuver of stopping is prohibited and automatically the maneuver of U-turn is also prohibited. Attention! The road legislation says “at less than 25 meters” but answer A says “near the tram stations” and near can mean also more than those 25 meters. Therefore answer A cannot be correct.

For answer  B

Considering that the road legislation prohibits the maneuver of U-turn also in places where stopping the vehicles voluntarily is prohibited, we understand that the maneuver of U-turn is prohibited in curves and in other places with visibility reduced below 50 m, because in these places the maneuver of stopping is prohibited and automatically the maneuver of U-turn is also prohibited. Attention! The road legislation says “with visibility reduced below 50 m” but answer B says “when visibility is reduced below 100 m”. Therefore answer B cannot be correct.

For answer  C

Considering that the road legislation prohibits the maneuver of U-turn also in places where stopping the vehicles voluntarily is prohibited, we understand that the maneuver of U-turn is prohibited in the area of action of the sign “Priority for traffic from the opposite direction”, because in these places the maneuver of stopping is prohibited and automatically the maneuver of U-turn is also prohibited. Therefore answer C is correct.

We recommend that you also consult the articles from the updated road legislation which are found a little below.
