When you encounter motor vehicles with priority traffic regime that have in operation the special red light warning means and the audible ones, you have the obligation to stop immediately the motor vehicle on the hard shoulder or, in its absence, as close as possible to the edge of the road or the curb of the sidewalk, in the direction of travel. After they pass you can continue your movement.
We must know that these motor vehicles with priority traffic regime are allowed to use the light signals without being accompanied by the audible ones, depending on the nature of the mission or the traffic conditions, a situation in which the respective motor vehicle does not have priority traffic regime. But the reverse situation, to use only the audible signals without being accompanied by the light ones, is not allowed.
