Explanation

For answer  A

When another vehicle is towed, the driver of the vehicle that is towed is obliged to activate the hazard warning lights, and the driver of the motor vehicle that tows is obliged to activate the dipped-beam headlights of the motor vehicle. These will be respected regardless of whether driving takes place during the daytime or at night.

For answer  B

The drivers of motor vehicles and agricultural or forestry tractors are obliged to use the dipped-beam headlights (low beam) or the daytime running lights “DRL” also during the daytime when they drive on public roads. This obligation will be respected regardless of the category of the public road on which they drive, not only on national roads.

For answer  C

The use of the dipped-beam headlights is not among the obligations of the drivers of vehicles when they have broken down, regardless of whether they have broken down on the carriageway or outside the carriageway.

But it must be known that in the situation in which you remain with the vehicle broken down on the carriageway, you must move it immediately outside the carriageway. If moving it outside the carriageway is not possible, you must move it next to the curb or shoulder, signalling the vehicle by activating the hazard warning lights, by installing the reflective triangles at at least 30 metres before and after the vehicle and by activating the position lights or the parking lights.

The correct answer is: A
