Is prohibited the adoption of aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads. The maneuver of successive movement from one traffic lane to another or from one row to another, alternating from left to right, for the purpose of overtaking a line of vehicles moving in the same direction, as well as the maneuver by which the controlled skid of the vehicle is intentionally performed in order to turn it around or rotate it are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited the execution of these maneuvers on public roads.
The adoption of aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned with contravention, as follows:
Although the overtaking maneuver is performed only on the left side of the overtaken vehicle, by exception, the vehicle whose driver has signalled the intention and has properly moved into position to leave the direction of travel to the left is overtaken on the right side. Therefore, the maneuver in answer B is permitted and is not considered to be aggressive behavior.
