The adoption of an aggressive behavior in the driving of the vehicles on the public roads is sanctioned with the fine provided in sanctions class II and with the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 30 days. However, if by the adoption of an aggressive behavior in the driving of the vehicles on the public roads a traffic accident was produced from which resulted the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), it will be sanctioned more “severely”, with the fine provided in sanctions class III and with the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 60 days.
