In the situation in which a vehicle and an assembly of vehicles meet on narrow public roads and/or with slope, and the passing of both vehicles one alongside the other is impossible or dangerous, the driver of the vehicle will maneuver in reverse to make possible the passing of the assembly of vehicles.

Regulation** - Article 127
(1) On narrow public roads and/or with slope, where the passing of vehicles that move from opposite directions, one alongside the other, is impossible or dangerous, it is proceeded as follows:
a) when encountering an assembly of vehicles with a vehicle the driver of the latter is obliged to maneuver in reverse;
b) when encountering a heavy vehicle with a light vehicle, the driver of the latter is obliged to maneuver in reverse;
c) when encountering a vehicle that performs public transport of persons with a goods transport vehicle the driver of the latter is obliged to maneuver in reverse.
(2) In the case of vehicles of the same category, the obligation to perform a maneuver of moving in reverse belongs to the driver who is climbing, except when it is easier and there are conditions for the driver who is descending to execute this maneuver, especially when he is close to a refuge.
