A waits for the traffic police officer from the area;
B takes the bus outside the carriageway and presents himself within 24 hours to the competent police unit;

Explanation

To this obligation to present yourself at the competent police unit within whose area the accident occurred within at most 24 hours from the occurrence of the event, the following exceptions are provided:

  • the drivers of the vehicles who conclude an amicable accident finding, under the law;
  • the driver of a vehicle who holds an optional insurance for auto damage, and the traffic accident resulted only in the damaging of his own vehicle.
