(1) Is prohibited the drivers of vehicles to adopt an aggressive behavior in driving them on the public roads.
(2) By aggressive behavior is understood performing, on the public road, by the driver of vehicle, of one of the following maneuvers:
a) the successive movement from one traffic lane to another or from one row to another, alternating from left to right, for the purpose of overtaking a line of vehicles that move in the same direction;
b) turning the vehicle by using the parking brake;
c) starting the vehicle from standstill by the excessive, empty, spinning of the driving wheels;
d) driving the vehicle at a very short distance from another vehicle, in front of or behind it, as well as laterally, or the sudden reduction of the travelling speed without justified reason, likely to intimidate its driver;
e) the repeated use of the sound and/or light signals likely to unjustifiably oblige the driver of vehicle that moves in front of him to free the traffic lane;
f) driving the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels;
g) moving in reverse with the vehicle for the purpose of intimidating the other traffic participants that move behind it;
h) the intentional performing of a controlled skid of the vehicle for the purpose of turning or rotating it;
i) the intentional driving of a vehicle by the repeated acceleration of the engine, likely to hinder the persons located in the area of the public road.
