The driver of the motor vehicle, of the agricultural or forestry tractor or tram to whom a medical treatment has been prescribed must make sure that its administration will not affect his ability to drive.

The psychoactive substances can have a series of effects on the behaviour of a person, including the affecting of his judgment, reflexes and coordination, thus they can negatively affect the driving performance, influencing the visual function, the perception and the reaction speed.
