Art. 6.
(1) The routes on which regular services of local public passenger transport are performed, with the exception of those that perform transport in taxi regime, are set by the local public administration authorities.
(2) The stations of the public passenger transport means, including the waiting places for clients for transport in taxi regime, are set by the local public administration authorities, with the approval of the traffic police.
(3) On the roads outside the urban area, the administrator of the public road is obliged to arrange bays for the stations of the public passenger transport means.
(4) The administrator of the public road is obliged to delimit the stations of the public passenger transport means that are not provided with bays, by applying the marking “Bus, trolleybus station”.
(5) On the road sections with increased accident risk, on the roads with a width greater than 7 m, the administrator of the public road is obliged to arrange in the separation area of the traffic directions, on the pedestrian crossings, refuges for them, properly signalled.
(6) The stations of the public passenger transport means located near the intersections are arranged at at least 50 m before or after them.
(7) If in the urban area the routes of the public passenger transport means cross the railway at the same level, on both sides before the crossing there must be stopping stations at at least 50 m from it.
