The maximum speed limit on a county road outside built-up areas for motor vehicles in category D or D1 is 80 km/h, but the maximum speed allowed outside built-up areas for motor vehicles towing trailers or semitrailers is 10 km/h lower than the maximum speed allowed for the category to which the towing motor vehicle belongs. Therefore, a combination made of a motor vehicle in category D or D1 and a trailer may drive on a county road outside built-up areas with a maximum speed of 70 km/h (80-10=70).
The correct answer is: C
