Question 90 of 485

Specify what is the maximum speed allowed on the motorway if the bus is towing a trailer:

A 80 km/h;
B 100 km/h;
C 90 km/h.

Explanation

The maximum speed limit on the motorway for motor vehicles of category D or D1 is 110 km/h, but the maximum speed allowed outside the urban area for motor vehicles that tow trailers or semitrailers is 10 km/h lower than the maximum speed allowed for the category to which the towing motor vehicle belongs. Therefore, a combination made up of a motor vehicle of category D or D1 and a trailer may travel on the motorway at a maximum speed of 100 km/h (110-10=100).

The correct answer is: B
