The motor vehicles from the regular public passenger transport services which start moving from the stations provided with a bay have priority in relation to the vehicles which circulate behind them, on the lane next to the curb or shoulder.
The driver of the vehicle who is about to enter an intersection with circulation in a roundabout is obliged to give priority to the vehicles which circulate inside it.
And when performing the maneuver of U-turn, the drivers of the vehicles do not have priority of passage.
Therefore the correct answer is: B and C

For answer A:
Art. 131. 
(1) When approaching a station for public passenger transport means provided with a bay, from which the driver of such a vehicle signals the intention to exit, the driver of the vehicle which circulates on the lane next to the shoulder or curb is obliged to reduce the speed and, if needed, to stop to allow it to re-enter the traffic.
(2) The drivers of vehicles are obliged to give priority of passage to the pedestrians who are on the carriageway to board the tram or after they have alighted from it, if the tram is stopped in a station without refuge.

For answer B:
Art. 135. – The driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority of passage also in the following situations:
a) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a national road coming from a county, communal or local road;
b) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a county road coming from a communal or local road;
c) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a communal road coming from a local road;
d) when about to enter an intersection with circulation in a roundabout in relation to the one who circulates inside it;
e) when circulating downhill in relation to the one who is climbing, if on the direction of travel of the one climbing there is an immobile obstacle. In this situation the maneuver is not considered overtaking in the sense of the provisions of art. 120 letter j);
f) when starting to move or when entering the public road coming from a property adjacent to it in relation to the vehicle which circulates on the public road, regardless of the direction of travel;
g) when performing a right or left turn and intersects with a cyclist who circulates on a bicycle lane, signalled as such;
h) to the pedestrian who crosses the public road, through a specially designated place, marked and properly signalled, or at the green colour of the traffic light intended for him, when he is on the direction of travel of the vehicle.

For answer C:
Art. 54. - (1) The driver of the vehicle who performs a maneuver of changing the direction of travel, of exiting from a row of stationary vehicles or of entering such a row, of passing to another traffic lane or of turning right or left or who is about to perform a U-turn or to go in reverse is obliged to signal in time and to make sure that he can do it without disturbing the circulation or endangering the safety of the other traffic participants.
(2) The signalling of the change of direction of travel must be maintained for the entire duration of the maneuver.
 
Art. 125. – To be able to turn the vehicle from one direction of travel to the other through maneuvering forward and backward or through turning, its driver is obliged to signal and to make sure that from the front, from the back or from the side no vehicle circulates at that moment.
