For answer A:
Art. 127.
(1) On narrow public roads and/or with a gradient, where passing of vehicles that move from opposite directions, next to each other, is impossible or dangerous, the procedure is as follows:
a) when encountering a set of vehicles with a vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
b) when encountering a heavy vehicle with a light vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
c) when encountering a vehicle that performs public passenger transport with a goods transport vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse.
(2)
In the case of vehicles of the same category, the obligation to perform the maneuver of moving in reverse rests with the driver who climbs, except when it is easier and there are conditions for the driver who descends to execute this maneuver, especially when he is near a refuge.
For answer B:
Art. 135. – The driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority also in the following situations:
a) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a national road coming from a county, communal or local road;
b) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a county road coming from a communal or local road;
c) at the uncontrolled intersection when entering a communal road coming from a local road;
d) when about to enter a roundabout intersection in relation to the one moving inside it;
e) when moving downhill in relation to the one climbing, if on the lane of the one climbing there is an immobile obstacle. In this situation the maneuver is not considered overtaking in the sense of the provisions of art. 120 letter j);
f) when starting to move or when entering the public road coming from a property adjacent to it, in relation to the vehicle that moves on the public road, regardless of the direction of movement;
g) when performing a left or right turn and intersecting with a cyclist who moves on a bicycle lane, signalled as such;
h) to the pedestrian who crosses the public road, through a specially designated place, marked and signalized accordingly or at the green light of the traffic light intended for him, when he is on the lane of movement of the vehicle.
For answer C:
Art. 59.
(1) In the intersections with uncontrolled traffic, the driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority to the vehicles that move on rails. These lose the priority when performing the left turn or when the road signalling in that area establishes another traffic rule.
(2) In the intersections, the drivers of the vehicles that turn left are obliged to give priority to the vehicles with which they intersect and that move from the right side.
(3) In the intersections with traffic controlled by regulatory priority signs, the right priority rule is respected only when two vehicles are about to meet, each entering the intersection from a road signalled with a sign having the same meaning of priority or loss of priority.
(4) When a three‑colour traffic light has an additional intermittent green light, mounted at the same level as the normal green light of the traffic light, in the form of a green arrow on a black background, with the tip to the right, its illumination signifies the permission for vehicles to continue their road in the direction indicated by the arrow, regardless of the colour of the electric traffic light, under the condition of giving priority to the vehicles and pedestrians who have the right of movement.
